YOEP joins forces with De Praktische GGZ

Amsterdam, 14 March 2023 – Our portfolio company YOEP will collaborate with De Praktische GGZ. The combination, made possible by Holland Capital, will further create an organisation with a wide range of both youth assistance and mental healthcare.

De Praktische GGZ offers outpatient mental healthcare to children, young people and adults with a professional team of psychologists and coordinating practitioners.

Wide range of integrated youth care and mental health care

By joining forces YOEP expands its activities and specialisation into adult mental healthcare. For clients it creates an organisation with a broad offering of integrated (youth) assistance and mental healthcare. The collaboration will contribute to more effective and affordable (youth) care.

Growth ambitions YOEP

Partnering with De Praktische GGZ is part of YOEP’s growth ambitions. After the acquisition of Ad Astra in March 2022, this is the second step in the company’s growth strategy. The collaboration further contributes to more effective and affordable (youth) care for clients, municipalities and insurers. In addition, the collaboration offers opportunities for further training and development of the employees.

Marije Veen, Director of YOEP: “Thanks to the acquisition of De Praktische GGZ we can, among others, work on strengthening the cooperation between adult mental health care and youth care. Close cooperation between these two is essential in order to be able to provide good care to families.”

Inge Lobbes-Dijkgraaf, director of De Praktische GGZ, “The care for our employees is just as important to us as the care for our clients. The merger creates an even greater foundation for innovation and continuous improvement processes for both the employees of De Praktische GGZ and those of YOEP”.
