Amsterdam, December 2, 2022 – Holland Capital invests in Cuccibu and QSN, two renowned players in the field of risk management with a focus on Privacy and Security consultancy. Holland Capital’s investment ensures that their bold growth ambitions can be realised.
Privacy and security consultancy
Digitalisation within organisations, increasing legislation and regulations, and a growing number of cyber attacks are key drivers for risk management. Cuccibu and QSN develop, implement and manage tailor-made risk management systems for clients within various categories such as privacy, information security, cyber security, quality management, occupational safety and sustainability.
Joining forces
By joining forces an extensive range of services has been created, which can fully serve both public and commercial customers. In addition, this collaboration offers employees opportunities to broaden their personal development. Together, both companies can play an even more important role in this rapidly growing market.
Spread across offices in Eindhoven, Delft and Sassenheim, the companies employ over 90 people. Current management and founders of both companies will remain actively involved.
Tim Florack, CEO of Cuccibu: “When looking for a partner we made a decision after careful deliberation. The decisive factor was our belief in a strong partnership based on our core values. Holland Capital offers us the opportunity to strengthen the Cuccibu proposition and to realise our ambitions. This step will lead to more development opportunities for our colleagues, while our customers can expect a stronger service portfolio”.
Nicolette and Ron Wijling, founders and directors of QSN: “In order to grow, QSN needed a strong partner, which we found in Cuccibu, especially given their aim to further develop in our areas of expertise. Hence, one plus one equals three!”.
Hubert Verbeek, managing partner Holland Capital, “Cuccibu and QSN are leading players in the risk management market. By joining forces the companies can grow faster and further expand their leading position in this emerging market.
