The YOEP group joins forces with PHHaastrecht

Amsterdam, April 15, 2024 – Our participation the YOEP group will continue together with PHHaastrecht. By joining forces, made possible by Holland Capital, the YOEP group strengthens its youth and adult mental health care.

With over 335 professionals, including child and adolescent psychiatrists, doctors, psychologists and remedial educationalists, the YOEP group concentrates on diagnostics and treatment in the BGGZ and SGGZ. In addition, there are outpatient teams offering youth support and counselling. PHHaastrecht is a mental health institution for adults and Child and Adolescent Psychology that provides care primarily in the Basic Mental Health Care (GGZ).

Wide range of integrated youth aid and mental health care
By joining forces, the YOEP group expands its activities and specialization and strengthens its position. For clients, this creates an organization with a wide range of integrated (youth) aid and mental health care, which is of great added value to the care. Through the cooperation, even more can be contributed to effective and affordable (youth) care.

Growth ambitions of the YOEP group
Joining forces with PHHaastrecht is part of the growth ambitions of the YOEP group. Following the acquisition of Ad Astra (March 2022), the acquisition of Praktische GGZ (March 2023) and the acquisition of Groei en Glunder (September 2023), the acquisition of PHHaastrecht is the next step in the growth strategy. The partnership with PHHaastrecht enables the YOEP group to provide the full chain of youth and adult mental health care and serve clients with a wide variety of care needs. In addition, the cooperation provides opportunities for further staff training and development.

Marije Veen, director of the YOEP group; “YOEP and PHHaastrecht share the same mission: to improve youth care in the Netherlands and provide special care to families. By joining forces, our organization becomes stronger, enabling us to better assist families by offering a comprehensive range of integrated youth care and mental health services. Additionally, the collaboration provides our employees with further opportunities for professional development.”

Astrid van Jaarsveld, practice manager at PHHaastrecht, “With this collaboration we want to ensure continuity of care for our clients as well as continuity for our employees. The joining of forces between the YOEP group and PHHaastrecht will provide more integrated care. This brings us another step closer to our goal; to optimize the care for our clients in such a way that we can provide the right care immediately in a result-oriented manner.”
