Amsterdam, May 9th, 2023 – Holland Capital invests in House of Clouds and Synobsys, two renowned players in the field of Intelligent Automation. Holland Capital’s investment ensures that their growth ambitions can be realised.
Intelligent Automation
Intelligent Automation (IA) has experienced tremendous growth in recent years, driven in part by the increasing complexity of the IT landscape, a shortage of suitable personnel, and the growing need for security and compliance within IT. Through IA, House of Clouds’ customers can quickly identify, control, and automate business and IT processes.
The Collaboration
House of Clouds and Synobsys have a strong position in the market segments of custom software development (high-code and low-code) and cybersecurity. The companies employ 100 staff across offices in Eindhoven and Rotterdam.
Sander Dekker, CEO of House of Clouds, said, “Synobsys adds significant low-code expertise to our service offering. Together, we have more impact on accelerating companies digitally. Our ambition is to acquire a leading position in the Netherlands in this area in the coming years.”
Jacqueline Spits, COO of Synobsys, said, “The collaboration with House of Clouds gives us extra strength and scale, allowing us to execute more and larger projects for clients. This enables us to offer our developers and other experts even more development opportunities that match their own ambitions and wishes.
Hubert Verbeek, Managing Partner at Holland Capital, said, “Intelligent Automation is strongly developing within Digital Transformation. House of Clouds and Synobsys are leading players in this market. We look forward to supporting the company, together with management, in achieving its growth ambitions.”
