HMCC Completes Add-On Investment in CareAbout
Amsterdam, 9th of October 2025 – HMCC, a portfolio company of Holland Capital, proudly announces the successful completion of an add-on investment in CareAbout. This step brings together two strong organizations, joining forces to further support healthcare providers in ensuring continuity of care.
Joining forces
For many years, HMCC has been an innovative medical contact center, supporting general practitioners, pharmacies, and clinics remotely. Patrick Eliasar, CEO of HMCC, said: “This partnership enables us to serve our clients even better. By joining forces with CareAbout, we not only broaden our range of services, but also strengthen our team and our shared mission to ensure continuity of care.”
Timothy Hoolhorts, CEO of CareAbout, added: “We are very excited to take this step together with HMCC. This partnership allows us to expand our services and support healthcare organizations more comprehensively — from communication services to staffing solutions.”
Sterre Witteveen, Investment Manager at Holland Capital, commented: “We are impressed by the strong performance of both companies and see great added value in their combination. This partnership aligns perfectly with our broad healthcare portfolio, in which we consistently invest in innovative companies that improve the quality and accessibility of care.”
