In the healthcare sector, it is a major challenge to share medical data between patient and healthcare provider in a secure and efficient manner. Open HealthHub has developed a SaaS platform (Software as a Service) based on internationally recognized standards (FHIR), allowing various systems to be linked together via APIs. A healthcare provider can easily make questionnaires and intake forms available digitally to a patient. A patient’s medical data, obtained by using a smartwatch, for example, can also be read in the electronic patient file. In addition to better information provision for patients during or prior to a treatment process, the platform also ensures that the administrative burden for healthcare providers is reduced.
