KinderThuisZorg is a strong and distinctive player with an important role in pediatric care in the Netherlands. The organization supports approximately 6,500 children and their families each year with appropriate, high-quality care in the child’s familiar environment—at home, at school, or within their immediate surroundings.
Through specialized pediatric community nursing teams, care is provided ranging from short-term nursing support to complex and intensive care, such as infusion therapy, tube feeding, and home ventilation, based on the principle: the right care in the right place, with control and coordination in the hands of the family.
