Kids Lodge acquires childcare provider Donkey and expands in the Helmond region
Houten, Amsterdam, 14 september 2026 – Our portfolio company Kids Lodge is proud to announce the acquisition of childcare provider Donkey. With this acquisition, Kids Lodge is further expanding its network in the Helmond region and strengthening its position as a leading family centre that puts the needs of children, parents and employees first.
The joining of forces is in line with Kids Lodge’s growth ambitions. The acquisition will enable the organisation to provide even broader support to families, while preserving its trusted small-scale approach, high quality and personal attention.
