Holland Capital invests in Pluggerz
Amsterdam, Doetinchem, 11th of March 2026 – Holland Capital invests in Pluggerz, a market leader in custom-made hearing protection. Through this partnership, Pluggerz will be able to further strengthen its position and respond to the structurally increasing demand for hearing protection solutions.
Regulation and prevention awareness drive structural market growth
The market for hearing protection is growing, driven by stricter regulations regarding workplace noise exposure and the increasing responsibility of employers to actively prevent hearing damage. At the same time, societal awareness around hearing loss is increasing. Younger generations in particular are increasingly choosing structural protection.
Custom-made hearing protection
Pluggerz has been the hearing protection specialist of the Netherlands for 40 years and is the market leader in custom-made hearing protection. In addition, the company produces universal hearing protection and components for hearing aids. The organization combines high-quality customized products with advanced 3D printing technology, in-house R&D, and close collaboration with audiologists for personal fitting.
Investment for growth
The investment by Holland Capital enables Pluggerz to solidify its positions as market leader and invest strategically to fully benefit from the growing demand for hearing protection products.
Hubert Verbeek, Managing Partner Holland Capital: “We look forward to supporting Pluggerz in its development and contributing to the broader adoption of hearing protection. With our Healthcare and Technology expertise, we can help Pluggerz realize commercial acceleration and sustainable value creation.”
