Adjust expands advisory proposition with acquisition of Accent Advies
Amsterdam, December 22nd 2025 – Our portfolio company Adjust Consulting (Adjust) is expanding its advisory proposition with the acquisition of Accent Advies. This transaction strengthens Adjust’s position in control, risk management and audit, and further reinforces its presence in the semi-public sector and the housing corporation sector.
Guido Winnink, CEO of Adjust: “The acquisition of Accent Advies is a valuable addition to our service offering in a domain and sector where we already have a strong position. The expertise, experience and capabilities of Accent Advies will enable us to support our clients even better in addressing complex challenges in control, risk management and audit.”
Marc Breij, on behalf of Accent Advies: “By joining Adjust, we can offer our clients a broader and more comprehensive range of services. At the same time, we become part of a growing organization, allowing us to further strengthen our organization together, for the benefit of our clients and our own development.”
Since becoming a shareholder in 2024, Holland Capital has actively supported Adjust in its operational and strategic development. The collaboration with Accent Advies aligns with Adjust’s buy-and-build strategy.
