Our portfoliocompany Emixa today announced the appointment of Jan Kritz as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO),  reinforcing its commitment to strengthening integrated solutions and enhancing operational execution. Former CEO, Peter-Jan Simons will continue his involvement with
Emixa in the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO). This leadership transition ensures that Emixa has the focus and capacity required to sustain long-term growth while continuing to deliver high value outcomes for clients across all markets.
