This step allows the business combination to respond to the growing demand for system integration and market requirements, positioning the new SmartGrid more strongly to serve customers even better.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The merger of the three companies marks an important strategic development for Hybrid Power Units, Generatoren Nederland, and SmartGrid.
