Het kapitaal is bedoeld voor groei- en buy-out investeringen in middelgrote Nederlandse ondernemingen die actief zijn in de sectoren Healthcare en Technology.\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Actieve investeringsstrategie<br \/><\/strong>De investeringsstrategie van het nieuwe Holland Capital Growth &amp; Buy Out Fonds IV is vergelijkbaar met de voorgaande buy-out fondsen. Holland Capital investeert in groeiende middelgrote bedrijven die actief zijn in de sectoren Healthcare en Technology. Met het fonds wordt financiering voor management buy-outs en groeikapitaal verstrekt. Als betrokken aandeelhouder voegt Holland Capital waarde toe door naast geld ook kennis, netwerk en hands-on ondersteuning ter beschikking te stellen. Het fonds heeft zich ten doel gesteld om de komende jaren 12-15 investeringen te realiseren.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Ervaring en netwerk in Healthcare en Technology<br \/><\/strong>Holland Capital is sinds vele jaren actief in de sectoren Healthcare en Technology. Binnen Healthcare investeert ze zowel in medische technologie, zorgverleners als in leveranciers aan zorginstellingen. In de Technology markt richt ze zich onder andere op software, security en IT-dienstverlening.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Voortvarende fundraising<br \/><\/strong>Gebaseerd op het positieve trackrecord van voorgaande fondsen was er grote belangstelling van zowel bestaande als nieuwe investeerders uit binnen- en buitenland. Daardoor werd het streefbedrag van EUR 120 miljoen snel bereikt en kon niet aan alle interesse gehoor gegeven worden. Investeerders in het nieuwe fonds zijn ondernemers (waaronder vele actief in Healthcare en Technology), family offices en institutionele beleggers. Met dit nieuwe fonds bedraagt het totale fondsvermogen onder beheer momenteel ruim EUR 220 miljoen.
