Inno4Life&#8217;s management will remain actively involved in the company after its acquisition, which will continue to operate under its own name.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Inno4Life is an innovative manufacturer of complex filling and packaging machines for the pharmaceutical industry. The company distinguishes itself through its extensive knowledge and experience and the delivery of tailor-made solutions to its customers. Its customers include leading pharmaceutical companies.<\/p>\n<p><strong>International growth ambitions<\/strong><br \/>To enable further international growth, Inno4Life has searched for a strong partner and found this partner in Dec Group.<\/p>\n<p>Johan Klootwijk, co-founder and Managing Director of Inno4Life, commented: <em>\u201cDec\u2019s acquisition provides a major growth opportunity for both our businesses through an enhanced service offering for our clients.
