The merger creates a company of 180 specialists with extensive expertise in digital transformation and accelerating the migration of its clients\u2019 IT base to the Azure cloud. Wortell has the ambition to continue its growth, both organically and through acquisitions. The company is actively supported in this strategy by Holland Capital.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Bundling forces<\/strong><br \/> On the 6th of March the companies merged and will continue under the name of Wortell. The &#8216;as-a-service&#8217; portfolio will be merged under the Debble brand name. The new organization will continue operating from the locations in Lijnden and Gouda.
