cards PLM Solutions takes the first step in the buy-and-build strategy with the acquisition of Settels Savenije PLM Services

Amsterdam / Best, September 29, 2021 – cards PLM Solutions, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions provider, takes the next step in its growth process by acquiring Settels Savenije PLM Services. Due to the takeover, which is made possible in part by Holland Capital, the range of services will be further expanded.

cards PLM Solutions (‘cards’) is a value added reseller and business partner of Siemens Digital Industries Software and the PLM specialist in the Benelux. PLM solutions contribute to optimizing the product development and the production process. In addition to software, the company also provides consultancy services supplemented with support. cards expanded its service offering in 2017 with 3D printing solutions from Ultimaker and Formlabs; a strongly emerging complementary market.
