Krachtenbundeling

LMtec Digital Solutions is een toonaangevende partner van Siemens Digital Industries Software met vestigingen in Duitsland en Zwitserland en levert PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) oplossingen inclusief onderhoud, technische support en consultancy. Groei door buy-and-build

De acquisitie van LMtec Digital Solutions is een volgende stap in de buy-and-build strategie, die met ondersteuning van Holland Capital wordt uitgevoerd. Inclusief LMtec heeft Emixa ruim 520 medewerkers in dienst en concentreert zich op vraagstukken rondom product lifecycle- en asset management, IT architectuur, low-code applicaties, systeemintegraties en procesoptimalisatie met name gericht op de maakindustrie. Voor cliënten ontstaat een organisatie met een breed aanbod van integrale (jeugd) hulp en GGZ, welke van grote toegevoegde waarde is voor de zorg. Door de samenwerking kan er nog meer bijgedragen worden aan effectieve en betaalbare (jeugd)zorg.

Groeiambities YOEP

De krachtenbundeling met Groei & Glunder is onderdeel van de gestelde groeiambities van YOEP. Na de overname van Ad Astra (maart 2022) en de overname van de Praktische GGZ (maart 2023) is de overname van Groei en Glunder de volgende stap in de groeistrategie. Door de samenwerking kan er nog meer bijgedragen worden aan effectieve en betaalbare (jeugd)zorg voor de cliënt, de gemeentes en de verzekeraars.
