De EAE Group (EAE), bestaande uit de bedrijven EAE, Q.I. Press Controls en EAE Solutions, ontwikkelt bedrijfskritische software-, vision- en besturingssystemen die ervoor zorgen dat deze complexe industri\u00eble omgevingen blijven draaien. Holland Capital investeert in EAE als platform om een toonaangevende internationale groep in industri\u00eble automatisering op te bouwen. Bedrijfskritische expertise met een geschiedenis van 64 jaar\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

EAE werd 64 jaar geleden opgericht in Ahrensburg, Duitsland, en groeide uit tot wereldwijd marktleider in automatisering voor web-offsetdrukpersen. Het bedrijf ontwikkelt software-, camera- en besturingssystemen die ervoor zorgen dat de grootste kranten- en tijdschriftuitgevers ter wereld hun productie draaiende kunnen houden. De oplossingen van EAE zijn diep ge\u00efntegreerd in productieomgevingen waar betrouwbaarheid cruciaal is en downtime simpelweg geen optie is.<\/p>\n

Een belangrijk onderscheidend vermogen van EAE zijn de geavanceerde softwareoplossingen, gecombineerd met de mogelijkheid om bestaande installaties te moderniseren. De investering komt op een belangrijk moment voor beide eindmarkten van EAE.
