Juli 2024<\/span> – <\/strong>Holland Capital ist stolz, bekannt zu geben, dass IK Partners (IK) eine Vereinbarung zur \u00dcbernahme unseres Portfoliounternehmens Defibrion unterzeichnet hat. Seit 2019 arbeitet das Managementteam von Defibrion erfolgreich mit Holland Capital zusammen. Die Anteile an Defibrion werden an IK und das Managementteam des Unternehmens verkauft. IK ist ein f\u00fchrendes europ\u00e4isches Private-Equity-Unternehmen, das sich auf Investitionen in den Benelux-L\u00e4ndern, DACH, Frankreich, Nordeuropa und Gro\u00dfbritannien konzentriert.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Defibrion: Ein f\u00fchrender Anbieter von AED-Distribution und Sicherheitsprodukten<\/strong><\/p>\n

Defibrion wurde 2008 vom aktuellen CEO Joshua Valkenier gegr\u00fcndet und hat seinen Sitz in Groningen. Das Unternehmen ist Marktf\u00fchrer im Vertrieb von automatisierten externen Defibrillatoren (AEDs) und verwandten Sicherheitsprodukten. Das Unternehmen bietet eine breite Palette von Produkten und Dienstleistungen an, die die Sicherheit am Arbeitsplatz erh\u00f6hen. Mit mehr als 6.400 Kunden weltweit ist Defibrion eine zentrale Anlaufstelle f\u00fcr Notfallma\u00dfnahmen. Der Kundenstamm, zu dem mehr als 900 Vertriebspartner in Europa und Nordamerika geh\u00f6ren, umfasst verschiedene Endverbraucher wie B\u00fcros, Sportvereine und staatliche Einrichtungen.<\/p>\n

Strategisches Wachstum und Expansion
<\/strong>Seit 2019 ist Holland Capital als Gesellschafter bei Defibrion engagiert. Das Team unterst\u00fctzte das Management aktiv bei der Professionalisierung der Organisation und der strategischen Entwicklung des Unternehmens. Durch eine erfolgreiche Buy-and-Build-Strategie und einen Fokus auf die geografische Expansion in Westeuropa konnte Defibrion erfolgreich wachsen.<\/p>\n

Defibrion steht nun vor einer neuen Phase seiner Entwicklung, die von IK unterst\u00fctzt wird. In dieser neuen Phase wird Defibrion seine bestehenden Aktivit\u00e4ten weiter ausbauen, sein Angebot erweitern und in neue M\u00e4rkte expandieren. Der Strategieplan sieht auch die Pr\u00fcfung weiterer Buy-and-Build-M\u00f6glichkeiten vor, um die Konsolidierung auf dem fragmentierten Markt f\u00fcr AEDs und verwandte Sicherheitsprodukte zu f\u00f6rdern.<\/p>\n
