Amsterdam, 15. April 2024<\/span> – <\/strong>Unsere Beteiligung, die YOEP-Gruppe, \u00fcbernimmt im Rahmen ihrer Wachstumsstrategie PHHaastrecht. Durch den Zusammenschluss, der durch Holland Capital erm\u00f6glicht wird, st\u00e4rkt die YOEP-Gruppe ihre psychiatrische Versorgung von Jugendlichen und Erwachsenen. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Mit \u00fcber 335 Fachkr\u00e4ften, darunter Kinder- und Jugendpsychiater, \u00c4rzte, Psychologen und Heilp\u00e4dagogen, konzentriert sich die YOEP-Gruppe auf die Diagnostik und Behandlung im BGGZ und SGGZ. Dar\u00fcber hinaus gibt es ambulante Teams, die Jugendhilfe und Beratung anbieten. PHHaastrecht ist eine psychiatrische Einrichtung f\u00fcr Erwachsene und Kinder- und Jugendpsychologie, die vor allem in der Grundversorgung (GGZ) t\u00e4tig ist.<\/p>\n

Breites Angebot an integrierter Jugendhilfe und psychosozialer Betreuung
<\/strong>Durch die B\u00fcndelung der Kr\u00e4fte erweitert die YOEP-Gruppe ihre Aktivit\u00e4ten und Spezialisierung und st\u00e4rkt ihre Position. F\u00fcr die Kunden entsteht so eine Organisation mit einem breiten Angebot an integrierter (Jugend-)Hilfe und psychosozialer Betreuung, was einen gro\u00dfen Mehrwert f\u00fcr die Betreuung darstellt. Durch die Zusammenarbeit kann noch st\u00e4rker zu einer effektiven und bezahlbaren (Jugend-) Betreuung beigetragen werden.<\/p>\n

Wachstumsambitionen der YOEP-Gruppe
<\/strong>Die \u00dcbernahme von PHHaastrecht ist Teil der Wachstumsambitionen von YOEP. Nach der \u00dcbernahme von Ad Astra (M\u00e4rz 2022), der \u00dcbernahme von Praktische GGZ (M\u00e4rz 2023) und der \u00dcbernahme von Groei en Glunder (September 2023) ist die \u00dcbernahme von PHHaastrecht der n\u00e4chste Schritt in der Wachstumsstrategie. Die Partnerschaft mit PHHaastrecht erm\u00f6glicht es der YOEP-Gruppe, die gesamte Kette der psychiatrischen Versorgung von Jugendlichen und Erwachsenen anzubieten und Kunden mit einer Vielzahl von Versorgungsbed\u00fcrfnissen zu bedienen. Dar\u00fcber hinaus bietet die Zusammenarbeit M\u00f6glichkeiten f\u00fcr die Weiterbildung und Entwicklung des Personals.<\/p>\n
