Investitionen in das Gesundheitswesen haben Vor- und Nachteile. Neben dem finanziellen Aspekt ist die soziale Verantwortung mindestens genauso wichtig. Fundierte Kenntnisse des Produkts, der Branche und der Marktbewegungen sind daher unerl\u00e4sslich, wie auch Margot Engels wei\u00df.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Obwohl ich erst seit ein paar Jahren bei Holland Capital arbeite, bin ich tats\u00e4chlich schon seit l\u00e4ngerem mit ihnen verbunden. Ich war Direktor bei Opdidakt, einem Anbieter f\u00fcr ambulante Jugendbetreuung, als Holland Capital in sie investierte. Nachdem Opdidakt einige Jahre sp\u00e4ter auf Wunsch von Hubert verkauft wurde, beteiligte ich mich an anderen Investitionen von Holland Capital im Gesundheitssektor. Seit 2019 bin ich offiziell als Partner im Team.<\/span><\/p>\n

Arbeiten sie hands-on<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

Bei der Beurteilung m\u00f6glicher Investitionen nutze ich nun meine Erfahrungen aus dem Gesundheitswesen. Sie k\u00f6nnen besser beurteilen, ob Sie es tun oder getan haben <\/span>selbst. Dar\u00fcber hinaus macht mir die praktische Arbeit in Unternehmen gro\u00dfen Spa\u00df. Vor allem, weil man es gemeinsam mit dem Management macht. Sie haben ein gro\u00dfartiges Unternehmen aufgebaut und ich bringe einige meiner eigenen Erfahrungen ein. Wir versuchen, dies zu b\u00fcndeln und dann erhalten Sie:<\/span><\/p>\n

Das Beste aus beiden Welten. Manchmal muss man schwierige Themen angehen und diskutieren, das st\u00e4rkt auch die gegenseitige Beziehung. Keine kompromisse bei der qualit\u00e4t<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

nvestitionen in ein Gesundheitsunternehmen m\u00fcssen sorgf\u00e4ltig erfolgen. Im Gesundheitswesen k\u00f6nnen und wollen Sie bei der Qualit\u00e4t keine Kompromisse eingehen. Der Fokus liegt daher stets darauf, die Dienstleistung so effizient und effektiv wie m\u00f6glich zu gestalten, ohne Abstriche bei der Qualit\u00e4t der Pflege zu machen. Bringt man diese beiden Komponenten zusammen, erzielt man unter dem Strich oft ein positives Ergebnis.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Trenduhr<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

m zu wissen, ob eine Organisation zu uns passt, schauen wir uns immer an, was der Markt braucht. In meinem Gesundheitssektor verfolgen wir Trends wie Alterung, Zug\u00e4nglichkeit und Kosten der Pflege, aber auch Pr\u00e4vention ist ein wichtiges Thema. Wir wissen zum Beispiel, dass derzeit viel dar\u00fcber nachgedacht wird, wie verhindert werden kann, dass Patienten zu sp\u00e4t \u201egesehen\u201c werden. Das ist ein schwieriges Gesch\u00e4ftsmodell, aber gesellschaftlich sehr relevant. Wir gehen davon aus, dass sich dies in den kommenden Jahren noch weiter entwickeln wird. Indem Sie selbst vor Ort sind, h\u00f6ren und sehen Sie diese Trends und wir versuchen, sie vorherzusehen.<\/span><\/p>\n

Digitalisierung<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

In den letzten Jahren ist ein Bedarf an Digitalisierung entstanden, um die Pflege weiterhin anbieten zu k\u00f6nnen. W\u00e4hrend die Leute es sind Wir bef\u00fcrchten, dass im Jahr 2040 nicht mehr gen\u00fcgend Fachkr\u00e4fte im Gesundheitswesen zur Verf\u00fcgung stehen werden, um die gew\u00fcnschte Pflege bereitzustellen. Wir haben k\u00fcrzlich gesehen, dass Gesundheitsdienstleister zunehmend digitale Pflege nutzen. Das bedeutet, dass der zuk\u00fcnftige Personalmangel in 20 Jahren mit digitaler Unterst\u00fctzung ausgeglichen werden kann. Der Gesundheitssektor ist konservativ und z\u00f6gerlich gegen\u00fcber Ver\u00e4nderungen, aber wenn Ver\u00e4nderungen stattgefunden haben, werden Sie h\u00f6ren, dass die Leute sie oft als praktikabel und von guter Qualit\u00e4t empfinden. In gesundheitswesen investieren<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

Der gro\u00dfe Vorteil von Investitionen in das Gesundheitswesen besteht darin, dass die Nachfrage ein dauerhafter Faktor ist und im Laufe der Zeit weiter steigen wird. Dar\u00fcber hinaus sind die Zahlungsrisiken begrenzt, da die Zahlungsrisiken bei der Bezahlung der Gesundheitsversorgung begrenzt sind Parteien sind finanzstark. Das ist eine Gewissheit, dass man im Bereich des freien Marktes weniger hat. F\u00fcr die Kostentr\u00e4ger ist es wichtig, dass die Pflege zug\u00e4nglich, qualitativ hochwertig, aber auf jeden Fall auch bezahlbar bleibt.<\/span><\/p>\n

Was ich an unseren Teams stark und besonders finde, ist, dass wir viel Wissen \u00fcber die M\u00e4rkte, in denen wir t\u00e4tig sind, gesammelt haben. Dass wir auf diesen Gebieten Spezialisten sind, merkt man allen an.<\/span><\/p>\n

Wir sind immer in verschiedenen Nischen der Gesundheits- und Technologiem\u00e4rkte aktiv, aber auch an der Spitze der digitalen Gesundheit. Ich bin wirklich beeindruckt, wie wir mit unseren Teams so professionell agieren k\u00f6nnen. Dies spiegelt sich auch in Gespr\u00e4chen mit potenziellen Investitionen wider.
