M\u00e4rz 2021 trat die europ\u00e4ische Verordnung \u00fcber die Offenlegung nachhaltiger Finanzen<\/em> (Verordnung (EU) 2019\/2088, SFDR) in Kraft. Diese Verordnung ist aus dem Aktionsplan<\/em> der Europ\u00e4ischen Union f\u00fcr nachhaltige Finanzen von 2018 hervorgegangen und ist somit Teil der umfassenderen Bem\u00fchungen auf europ\u00e4ischer Ebene, den Finanzsektor nachhaltiger zu gestalten. Die SFDR verlangt von Fondsmanagern wie Holland Capital, dass sie (unter anderem) Informationen \u00fcber die Integration von Nachhaltigkeitsrisiken, die Ber\u00fccksichtigung negativer Nachhaltigkeitseffekte und gegebenenfalls die F\u00f6rderung \u00f6kologischer oder sozialer Merkmale sowie nachhaltige Investitionen als Anlageziel bereitstellen.<\/p>\n Um die SFDR zu erf\u00fcllen, trifft Holland Capital die folgenden Angaben:<\/p>\n Ein Nachhaltigkeitsrisiko bedeutet: (sustainability risk)<\/em>:<\/p>\n \u201eein Ereignis oder eine Bedingung aus den Bereichen Umwelt, Soziales oder Unternehmensf\u00fchrung, das, wenn es eintritt, eine tats\u00e4chliche oder potenzielle wesentliche negative Auswirkung auf den Wert der Anlage haben k\u00f6nnte.\u201c<\/p>\n Die Integration von ESG-Faktoren sowohl in der Phase vor der Investition (Auswahl und Due Diligence) als auch in der Phase nach der Investition (\u00dcberwachung und aktive Eigent\u00fcmerschaft) ist wichtig, um Chancen f\u00fcr eine langfristige Wertsch\u00f6pfung und Wettbewerbsf\u00e4higkeit zu nutzen, und hilft uns, Risiken zu mindern. Daher beziehen wir ESG-Aspekte in unsere Investitionsanalysen und Entscheidungsprozesse ein. In beiden Phasen werden die Gr\u00f6\u00dfe und die Wachstumsphase eines Unternehmens ber\u00fccksichtigt, um eine angemessene Bewertung zu gew\u00e4hrleisten.<\/p>\n W\u00e4hrend der Due Diligence wird ein ESG-Scan durchgef\u00fchrt, bei dem eine (potenzielle) Risikoklassifizierung vorgenommen wird. Der Scan ist entsprechend der 5 ESG-Ziele von Holland Capital strukturiert. F\u00fcr jedes Ziel wurden allgemeine Aufmerksamkeitspunkte aufgenommen, die f\u00fcr einen Gro\u00dfteil der Unternehmen relevant sein k\u00f6nnen. Dar\u00fcber hinaus deckt der ESG-Scan einige der wichtigsten negativen Nachhaltigkeitsindikatoren<\/em> (<\/em>PAI)<\/em> ab. In Anbetracht der Gr\u00f6\u00dfe von Holland Capital gibt es jedoch keine formelle PAI-Berichterstattung.<\/p>\n [\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=“1_2″ _builder_version=“4.18.1″ _module_preset=“default“ global_colors_info=“{}“][et_pb_text _builder_version=“4.20.4″ _module_preset=“default“ link_font=“|700|||||||“ link_text_color=“#283583″ header_font=“|800|||||||“ header_text_color=“#283583″ header_font_size=“25px“ global_colors_info=“{}“]<\/p>\n Nach der Investition werden die ESG-Angelegenheiten der Portfoliounternehmen mit Hilfe des ESG-Rahmens von Holland Capital \u00fcberwacht.<\/p>\n In \u00dcbereinstimmung mit Artikel 7 (2) in Verbindung mit Artikel 4 sub 1 (b) der SFDR erkl\u00e4rt Holland Capital, dass es keine negativen Auswirkungen von Anlageentscheidungen auf Nachhaltigkeitsfaktoren gem\u00e4\u00df Artikel 4 sub 1 (a) der Offenlegungsverordnung<\/em> ber\u00fccksichtigt und daher die in Artikel 4 sub 1 (a) der SFDR beschriebenen Angaben nicht macht. Angesichts der geringen Gr\u00f6\u00dfe der Organisation von Holland Capital w\u00e4re eine solche Offenlegung gem\u00e4\u00df Artikel 4 sub 1 (a) der SFDR und der damit verbundene Verwaltungsaufwand nicht verh\u00e4ltnism\u00e4\u00dfig.<\/p>\n Die Mitarbeitenden spielen eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Erreichung der Ziele von Holland Capital und bilden daher einen zentralen Bestandteil der Organisation. Holland Capital misst der Entwicklung der Kompetenzen seiner Mitarbeitenden gro\u00dfe Bedeutung bei.<\/p>\n Die Verg\u00fctung richtet sich nach dem Stellenprofil, der Erfahrung und der pers\u00f6nlichen Entwicklung. Sie wird nach dem Gehaltsmodell von Holland Capital festgelegt.
